I require a user manual for a specific osCommerce installation, from an administration perspective. The manual must cover the following common tasks: 1. Adding and editing products 2. Adding product images 3. Creating specials 4. Viewing orders 5. Updating order status 6. Printing invoice and packing slip 7. Send email to a customer 8. View products purchased report I will provide you with the website address and username/password to view the administration interface for the website in question. The manual is to be written for the admin interface I provide you with access to - not a generic osCommerce install. Note: there is nothing strange about this install of osCommerce, but I want the screenshots used to look exactly like what my user will be seeing on their screen Specific requirements: 1. You must have previous osCommerce experience/knowledge, I do not want you to spend a lot of time learning how osCommerce works 2. The manual must be written in EXCELLENT English, with clear step-by-step instructions. 3. Each step must be accompanied by an appropriate screenshot, taken from the website which I will give you (Not a generic screenshot! Specific to THIS website!) Screenshots can/should be cropped for clarity. The manual must be provided in either Microsoft Word, or [url removed, login to view] Writer format. Screenshots must be embedded in the document, AND provided as separate JPEG image files. NOTE: The osCommerce version is 2.2 ms2. The only modification is the "Additional Images" mod, which let's you associate extra images with the product.
