There was a Misunderstanding between Nuke and myself. I had said in my previous project description "take our site [url removed, login to view] and convert it to PHP with all the functionality of the current site. " Nuke took this to mean that "all the functionality of the current site" did not mean making the site functional and transferring the data, but rather give us a CMS and front end that we would have to add the data to. Currently that project is still unfinished. Even though I gave this same project to two other programmers on this system and they have both have taken the data to add to their versions (they understood differently and how I had understood it), I am willing to admit that someone may look at my previous description and assume what Nuke did. I like the way Nuke works and the way his programmers/designers work - they seem to provide daily updates and don't stop until I have a product I am satisfied with. Even though the other project is not completed I am willing to believe that this was a misunderstanding and I have agreed to pay Nuke an additional $1000 for finishing this project and adding the data. In order for him to receive this additional payment I need this to be first, working on our servers with the data and I need a CMS to manage it all - not the kind of CMS that takes parts of the data and lets the customer (me) manipulate the HTML, but one that receives data in forms and adds it to the interface. I must be 100% happy with the end product and it needs to contain "all the functionality" of the [url removed, login to view] product - All I can say is that in this project "all the functionality" means that it has to work in the way the other one does with that data - this is not an interpretation of what the functionality is - I don't want to hear that the end product is kind of the same or does the same thing - I need to have it be the same and be happy with it 100% and have it be able to be manipulated through CMS the way I specify.
