I have bought a copy of Excel Invoice Manger from [url removed, login to view] as a cheap method of establishing a invoicing system for an overhead door gate service repair company with one employee. Me. A good portion of my business, virtually all, has more than one site address that needs to be addressed on the invoice. For this I should be ablt to use 'shipping address'. However there are some things lacking. I would sorely like good means of managing labour charges on the invoice instead of trying to mangle those charges into the 'parts' inventory. Not the least of the problem is that it is difficult to express the labour description in the cell 'description' for the part. I hope that made some sense. I would also like a larger 'Job Description' cell and a 'Recommendations" cell that function with the 'clear invoice' button, as well as, if it was at all possible, to not print the empty space if there was no text in the cell. Thanks for your interest.
