The jist of this project is as follows. PHP/MYSQL driven system. Admin logs into Control Panel, uses form based pages to create categories and items in a database. Each item will have variables associated with it. These variables should be able to be created by the Admin. (Items -> Field 1=Color, Field 2=Size, Field 3=Model, etc). Admin has ability to create user accounts. User account can log into system, select from a list of items which the Admin created. When selecting an item, user account can select yes/no for variables associated with an item, and enter text variables which are applied to the item for that user. These items are then associated with the User Account. User accounts should have entry areas for various background info on the user, such as name, address, website, etc. Parts of this info should be able to be pulled into a public page. On the front end, a set of PHP scripts should pull this info into various pages, so that a visitor to the website can browse by User Account and see all items the User Account has selected, with the variables they have applied to said item, browse by pre-defined calls to items, browse by pre-defined calls to variables, or a combo of the above. There will be default pages such as "view category" "most clicked items" and "search". All categories, items, and variables associated with items in the database should be able to be searched for using a form. Form options are auto generated based on what categories and variables the Admin has created in the system. Templating and graphics are not needed. User Friendly URLS not needed.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
c) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

This is an update to the original listing.
This clarifies what I need a bit more. Everyone who is interested, but has already bid or responded, please re-bid or re-comment to let me know you are still interested.
Please include your price and time frame.
If this project is done quickly and professionally, I will be coming back to get other projects, and additions to this one done in the future.
This idea for this project is a small shopping index, allowing retailers to log in, select items they carry, enter a price and URL to the item page on their store, and let visitors to this website search pre-defined categories or for specific items, and see everyone who has it and their prices.
Sidebar Area (to be included via PHP call on all public pages):
Listing of Categories
--Number of Items in Categories Next to Name
Quick Search Bar
--Keywords and Pre-Defined Price Ranges
--Link to Advanced Search Page
New Listings (last 10,20, etc)
Category Listing (last 10,20, etc)
--(I choose categories shown on page by stating which cat # in the PHP call)
Random User Highlight (name, variables from account)
View Category Page:
Listing of Items in Category
Each Clickable to Full Item Page
--Picture, Name, # of Users with Item, Price Range (lowest, highest)
View Item Page:
--Picture (clickable to larger version)
--3 columns per row (Retailer Name, Retailer Price, Retailer Link)
--Sorted Lowest Price First
Average Price (takes all prices found, averages, spits result)
View Retailer Page:
Retailer Results (Total # of items in directory)
Link to Retailer Results (can be pre-determined search result pages aka [url removed, login to view])
Search by Keywor d
--Only in Category
--Only by Retailer
Pre Defined Searches
--Create Search Strings that can be edited and pre-defined by us.
--Example: [url removed, login to view]
No need to create them, but design the system so we can at will.
Display all items in database with the "Is Pre Order?" box checked to yes.
Display all items in database with the "Is Item an Exclusive Item?" box checked to yes.
Create one page with the call in place which we can edit to choose proper variable, paste to new file, and reupload.
CONTROL PANEL BACKEND
Admin User Logs in.
Only one Admin User.
Config file with username/password (or secure method which name/pass can be changed).
Ability to create user accounts.
Ability to create categories.
Ability to create items.
Ability to create site wide variables applied to items.
Ability to create site wide variables applie d to users.
Ability to choose if variable is a
--text box, length of text box
--number box, amount of decimal places
--Radio Checkbox, with entry fields for options
Idea is to log in, create variables. Then, go to "create item" page, and have those variables show up. I enter values for everything, it saves it as a record in DB. This is then available to user in User CP described below.
Ability to edit items.
Ability to edit users.
User Logs In.
User sees list of categories.
User enters category, sees list of items.
User clicks on item, sees item entry page.
User enters values in variable fields for that item, saves.
All items user selects can be called into a public page (above examples) with the specific details he entered for it visable.
User can see list of all items they have selected.
User can edit varibale values for items they have selected.
User can delete items they have selected (from their list, not completely from DB).
Note: If "creation of database fields/variables" in admincp by the Admin, to be dynamically offered on item entry pages, and then dynamically pulled into public pages, is difficult or messy to accomplish, I would be ok with just creating the default item entry fields, with a significant amount of extra fields that will be blank and not called, so I can modify them later for later use.
