i need an app or a script that can synchronize spreadsheets in real time in my Google drive: you can use any programing language to accomplish this task

here's my issue:
if i create a Microsoft excel sheet and i upload it to my Google drive, when i click the document in Google drive and i want to edit, Google drive will create another sheet for Google docs, what i want is if i create a Microsoft excel sheet and i upload it to Google drive when i want to edit it i want to be only one file and not create 2 files( one for Microsoft and another for Google docs) i just want to have 1 document and be able to edit and sync in real time (either from Microsoft excel or using Google drive) and remember has to sync both ways in 1 file
hopefully you guys can understand what i really want, i will try to explain and give examples to the bidders
