Interactive Blog, where there will be 4 types of users - accusers, accused, moderators and spectators.

Must create a database of (1.) users as people sign up directly or using facebook/twitter/email account. (2.) list of government officials (I will enter this after the website is made) and minor details - emails, names, agency and hierarchy tree (3.) complaints and comments specific to individuals in government.

I need to be able to add agencies, positions and names of people under each branch of government and all other agencies directly and indirectly under them. So multiple branches that spreads (like a family tree). I need to be able to do this after the website has been made.
