I have written a book that is less than 100 pages (standard typewritten -- double spacing) in length. I would like to market it as an e-book, but I want to have control over the design, etc. I would also like to be able to have control over the content so that I could make modifications or edits. Ideally, I would like the product to be deliverable via email (one chapter per day for thirty days) that have some kind of forwarding protection -- if the buyer attempts to forward my email, I would like the forwarded email to direct the recipient to my site to buy the book. If that is not possible, I would like the product to be deliverable via hmtl/web page. As a last resort I would accept pdf web pages or file downloads as a delivery system. I also need an automated order and delivery system -- I expect to use paypal as a processor.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
I have windows XP, but I would expect to host this system on a website through GoDaddy or some other hosting service.
