I would like a CMS backend for my multi-gaming site. I'm going to be as specific as I can. So for the entire back end I would need about 5 user levels. (closest example surreal media or PHP-NUKE/Clan-nuke) style *User Levels:* 1 - General Admin (no restrictions) 2 - Game Leader ( designated restrictions) 3 - Team Member ( designated restrictions) 4 - Community Member ( designated restrictions) 5 - Not a community member. Not logged in. Each userlevel has different restrictions on each page. *Roster Page* Add a player, add a division, email. etc. *Matches* Shows matches listed by division/date/win/lost etc Options should be, game type, date, 1st half score, 2nd half score, 3rd half score, final score, result, players from team 1, players from team 2, map, and league, comments, a space for 2 screen shots *Demos/Files *Shows files/demos listed by date, size, and title, comment option* *News *Shows the 2 most recent stories/posts. also has an image upload option/banner, who posted it, date/time, comments, title* *Profiles *Each member has their own individual profile. (possibly have a buddy system such as ESEA system)
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
