Content Management Sales Site

Need A system for Mambo (Or another content management system that is suggested). If some of these items are unable to happen but you think you can still do the project, please let me know which issues are problematic so we can work around them. A music site where artists would have to pay to log in and sell their [login to view URL] will require 3 levels of access for the musicians based on payment. Musicians need to be able to upload pictures, have a personal (template) page, and upload music which will also automatically give a 30 second snippet of the song. Artist Able to Mark song parental advisory / Users able to file complaints or compliments about certain songs & Bands. Chatrooms (we have a flash chat client available to do this) Admins should be able to: Ability to check sales on individuals and all artists combines, total for period Ability to receive complaints & compliments that are linked to a particular song and pull them for review. Suspend accounts for inappropriate use or auto suspend for non-payment. Each Band has sales - Sales tracked - As Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly Need 3 Spaces per page for rotating banners ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Mambo Open Source, or if you can suggest a better way to go that will be easy for us to administer...go for it.
