Coppermine Scripting

I am looking for a programmer to create an addon/script for coppermine photo gallery. I need script that adjusts the current template of 'hardwired' to put in a right column which stays on every page. On each page it should display random or new photos in a vertical strip. These need to change on different pages. When a user enters an album then the images on the right should be other suggestions. for example other images in that album. The images should be clickable and they go to that image's page. At the top of the column there needs to be a news box, news needs to be added in admin, and then it will show the title of the news. when it is clicked on the user will be redicted to the 'news page' where they can read all articles. News needs to be able to be added by admin. When added the admin should be able to add links, text and images. (there may already be an addon for this, and if you are able to use it. then that is fine.) I have attached images of before and after to give you an idea. Thanks ## Deliverables A deliver a script on the frontend that shows a box on the right hand side. In this box must be a news box. which when clicked goes to each news item. Each news item is then displayed on its own page. In admin when adding a news item the admin should be able to add text, images, links and adjust formatting. Under the news items on the right hand column it should show random files on generic pages & related images on gallery pages. For example images from the same album. Underneath these it should show 'top rated' pictures. These images when clicked should go to the corasponding page. In admin backend admin should be able to turn news box on/off. turn random images on/off and specify how many to show, turn top rated images on/off and specify how many to show.
