Craigslist template project

I'm looking to build a site similar to [login to view URL] and postlets.com. Please review both sites. The concept is simple; enable users to create sales flyers (web templates) that we host and post to free listing sites (craigslist, housingmaps, propsmart, zillow, etc.) I don't know the best coding language to use, so please be prepared to discuss options. Please provide an example of any work related to realty websites and yahoo and google maps api coding. This is phase I of a mult-channel project.
