Design & Build a Custom User Interface

I have a project to design and build a series of user interface screens using php and mySQL. I expect that producing updates and performing regular maintenance on this project will make this a long term working relationship. My initial requirements - 1. you must be able to communicate fluently in English. 2. Honesty and integrity are mandatory. Any misperceptions on my part will end the working relationship. I further understand that you expect me to live by those same rules. 3. Work generated must be tested and bug free, deadlines need to be met at closely as possible. 4. Work produced must be efficient and technically up-to-date by experienced programmers; this project is definitely not for beginners. 5. All work produced is owned by me, and is proprietary and confidential in nature. There are several pages of requirements analysis that show exactly what is required, and this document will be sent out to selected candidates after I have reviewed your credentials. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Linux - php and mySQL
