If it receives a message from an email address (to be advised to successful bidder) it will: 1) Prompt the user for a name to file the document under ??" should have a drop down box of previous names 2) if it is a new name, it will create an appropriate entry under a database for the new name, if it is a name that already exists it will file it with this reference 3) it will copy the cost, number dialled, duration and subject to relevant fields in the database 4) it will copy the text of the email to the database, but will strip out the cost on the bottom line. 5) the client can enter an application and it will allow him to: a. select a client b. enter a markup % for the cost and enter this in a new field c. calculate the total entries under the client name, create a first page of an invoice with individual transactions itemised, attach all the filed emails, and create a word document or an RTF file. The items should then be marked with yes in an archive field. The cover page of the invoice should be based on a form where clients can enter their own logo and address details.
