Facebook Daily Deal Application

Overview The application allows users to subscribe to and view products offered at heavily discounted prices. A different product with is offered every day. The application is in essence a simpler version of woot for Facebook Components Main Canvas Page This page may be viewed with or without registration to the application. It lists today’s deal, along with the included photo and a link to the item. If the item has been sold out, the page informs the user of this. The page also allows discussions about the item (via fb:comments) as well as the ability to share the offer inside Facebook or send it to a friend via a Wall post. The main page also allows unregistered users to add the application, and (for registered users) subscribe to the daily deal RSS feed and post a deal. Profile Page Widget A user may choose to have the Application’s widget displayed on his profile. The widget lists the current item available along with a thumbnail version of its image, the first few sentences in its description, and a link to the Canvas Page hosting the item. If the profile page user has recently clicked on any offers, these are listed as well under. News Feed The application sends news feed items when: • A friend clicks on an offer • A friend discusses an offer • (for app users only, not friends) a new offer is available.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
