Google Checkout Cart and Backend

I need a Google Checkout shopping cart with an administrative back end to add new products. The php shopping cart site should have all the functionality of PayDownloadPal at [login to view URL] , which I currently use. I have the full version so you can look at all the code and possibly change the Paypal specific stuff to Google API. The main functions are that it: 1) allows you to input information about a product and generate a Buy Now button code snippet 2) sends a download link and a custom email to a customer for the product after the payment completes. 3) keeps track of the number of downloads a customer does and limits it. 4) keeps a sales history and email list It should also have a front-end shopping cart generated so that the code for the cart can be copied and pasted to the web page. There should be a single file, [login to view URL], that sets up the program and creates the mysql database. Thanks for your consideration. I would strong prefer someone with Google checkout experience and examples. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
