This project will involve writing a small webpage to allow HTTP posts to be passed to a vbScript
I need to receive has 4 parameters, when I receive an HTTP post and pass them to a small vbScript that will look up values in a database and carry out another HTTP post to another site. This part is already written and working.
The HTTP post will consist of;
sender: The originating number
time: The time it was received
message: The message that was received
keyword: The keyword that was used
refer: <[url removed, login to view]>
To allow me flexibility to create custom actions baserd on the one of the parameter values, I need some sort of Config file that allows me to specify what action executes what script, i.e. parameter(n)=ShellCommand1, parameter(n)=ShellCommand2, etc.
It should be possible to pass the data as command line arguments, arg1=parameter(1), arg2=parameter(2), arg3=parameter(3), arg4=parameter(4)
In reality, the shell command is likely to be vbScripts.
THe incoming HTTP post should be logged in logs that rename to [url removed, login to view]

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

Use local files to record http posts
Use local files to specify config settings
Make it simple to deploy, i.e. just copy files to new website folder.
Document, the required folders, files, minimum o/s spec, and basic deployment instructions.
I would prefer vbScript (only because I can read and understand this) but have no real preference.
