Project Description

I recently launched a small online retail store where I sell handicraft items.

I am looking for a live customer support utility, sort of like a web messenger. I have already come across some Open Source software (<[url removed, login to view]>), however, even though this has a weblogin for admin, I would love to have a Windows based console in addition to the WebConsole.

I think the easiest way for you to understand the features that I need for this application would be for you to look at the tool available at <[url removed, login to view]>. However, the features that I would absolutely need have been included in the file attached.

I need both the web as well as windows console based login.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

You are free to use any platform to build the application, including .NET, PHP and MySQL and any combination of these.

PHP/SQL would be my first preference, and Java would be my second...

Needs to support Windows and Linux platforms, 4.0+ versions of IE and Netscape.
