Media Center Tool will be to create Press Releases and Events Back end will have login with username and password with the ability to add/delete/edit additional users Upon login the user will be able to select either Press Releases or Events • Press Release o User will be able to see all of the existing press releases in the system and have the ability to open each to edit or delete o User will also be able to Add new press release  Adding New Press Release • User will have several fields to fill in o Date o Topic Line o Body of Press Release • User will be able to fill these fields in and upon submitting the tool will generate a new web page for the site. • It will also add the date and topic field to a scrolling box on the homepage of the site. Scrolling will be bottom to top • User will be able to set the number of press releases that show up in the scrolling box. When viewer clicks on the description in the scrolling box it will automatically open the full press release • There will be an additional button on the main menu for Press Releases that will take the viewer to a page displaying all the press releases and also with a link to Archive. • The system will archive all releases until deleted o Events will operate basically the same way Refer a Friend Tool to allow viewers of website to email a link to a friend that will allow them to visit the website. I need a php tool so that a user would do the following: Enter their name and email Enter the name and email of someone they wish to send the site too Email is sent and the contact information of both parties is collected in the database Email is also sent to Admin email that Admin can change when needed ??" email simply alerts to new contacts added by Refer a Friend Admin has username/password access to the database User will automatically see Notice of new addresses All names and emails are time and date stamped as well
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
