Modification of Classifieds script and site design

We have an automotive site at [url removed, login to view] and need some modification work and site design done. 1. We have installed a classifieds site at [url removed, login to view] which needs the following done. I am changing the script to market in United Kingdom. For this I need to add a Location category to the classified as UK is much larger than Hong Kong and it was not required in Hong Kong in the previous site. So for this , I need to add a Location database table, allow members to choose location when posting an ad, Allow ads to be shown according to category. Additonally add Location field when members register and use this as default for showing ads. 2. Using the same classified sciprt, turn it into a international products classifieds directory. So shops can post their products, with links to their shop. Supplier country and suplied countries need to be incorporated. 2a. Incorporate a sponsored product module to the classifieds with a PAYPAL verification. At the moment the classifieds already has a homepage sponsored system, but I need another option where the poster can show his products on the top of the category page in a sponsored products box. Coder needs to incoporate the paypal verification system into it similar to the directory listings. 3. Homepage change slightly to show products directory, Links directory, forum recent posts. 4. Incorporate the classifieds membership system into the PhPBB forums membership system so they use the same log-in and password details. 5. Site design to incorporate the forum, homepage, links directory and products directory with same look. The classifieds is mostly in Chinese at the moment cos the previous site was chnese, I'll do the majority of the translation obviously and tell u what is needed for the graphic images. So basically, 4 quite simple modifications and an optional site design. Site is PhP MYSQL.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
