Pavlin is a brilliant worker. His research led to discoveries about a company with which I was dealing that not only saved me significant time and money, but ultimately saved my project. His suggestions and predictions were accurate and timely. Pavlin met every status call. He came in under the time we allowed for completion of the project. Moreover, Pavlin gave me confidence from day 1, quickly saying that the project could be coded exactly as I described it---and, much to my surprise, he was right! I will use Pavlin on all of my upcoming projects, and I strongly recommend you do likewise. Rare are the people in this business who actually do exactly what they say---Pavlin is one of them!
