I have a website which uses PHP PRO BID, which is an online auction system. I have had a custom skin applied to it. I need some changes made to the way the website works, and in particular the billing / invoicing system.
* We are a company who holds a monthly online auction.
* The auction will last one week.
* We place items into the auction on behalf of our customers. So there is essentially only one seller.
We change a commission fee of 10% to our buyers and our sellers 10% + entry and reserve fees.
At the moment if a bidder wins multiple items like this:
Item 1 for £100
Item 2 for £200
Item 3 for £50
He is asked to pay for each item as a separate transaction. So the website says:
Please pay £100
Please pay £200
Please pay £50.
I would like the website to calculate the total amount the customer is due, to add the commission charge and then present the user with an invoice. Like this:
Dear Mr Customer,
Congratulations, you have won the following items:
Auction ID Item Name Winning Bid
290001 Item 1 £100
290036 Item 2 £200
290055 Item 3 £50
Hammer Price Total £350
Commission (10%) £35
Then show PAID or UNPAID with a link to PAY via Paypal or other payment gateway.
The user account area of the website should show “won items”, then the user should be able to click on “October 2013 Auction”, “November 2013 Auction” etc and it will display all this information.
