Project Description

I have a phpbb forum version 2.0(I think) and on my forum I post some messages that contains a hyperlink and when user click on this link, windows media player or a windows open and say: do you want to open this file (mp3 and flv files) and after user can listen my mp3 files.

What I need is to be able to create a new message and be able to insert a flash player that can read my mp3 and flv files. Actually I put my mp3 and flv files in a folder on my apache server.

Thank you !
Note: I can't give to you ftp access so you have to give to me your solution and I will integrate it.(a knid of tutorial)
