This project is to complete a printer system. The zip file is a visual studio 6 project written in c/c++. This is a demo system to print a report on a printer. At this time the system will print.
The contract requires you to complete the printing function that actual send the data to the printer. The text matrix needs to be set up to allow the printing to work correctly.
Review the file and function, [login to view URL], this file send the data to the printer, at this time the system does not scale or allow for printing correctly. A Completed project will allow for printing that sues the correct font size, does the calculations for the text box, and alignment. All of this is in one function.
The goal is to use the Print_Text function and be able to format the out put to the printer correctly. I have included the stand TextOut call for you see how it works; it has a number of limitations. For that reason I need to use DrawTextEx function.
If you have a better method, I am open to suggestions.

HI, There appears to some confusign over the term matrix, this is not a reverence to a dot matris printer. Windows printer use a text meatrix system to determin the number of pixels or points that a char or a string will need to be printed. For the Drawtest fucntion, this a windows call, the SetRect(&textrectangle,x1,y1,x2,y2); musth avetoe correct values for the length and hight of the string to be printed. I would like to select a coder today, so please reply that you understand. Thanks Mike
