I will be building an ASP.NET web application that will run reports. This reporting web application will need a very professional, corporate look to it. It will consist of two logo’s which I will email to you upon bid acceptance. Approximately 35-50 report descriptions will be displayed simultaneously. Each report will be a member of a single “Department?? or “Category.?? The report description will not exceed 50 characters. I would like a three pages designed as outlined int he Deliverables below:
## Deliverables
All HTML and Image source for the following. Please do not include any JavaScript menus as I will be using 3rd-party server controls for these. You can just stub them out with "#" links.
1. Report Selection Homepage ??" This page will display a company company logo with the company name which will be 225x60 and a small logo which is 45x60. I would like to include the following on this homepage:
* Logos mentioned above
* Date
* User Login information: “First Name Last Name (information (dddd/uuuuuuuu)?? format
* A view selector for displaying the layout of the reports. I would initially like the user to be able to select “Department View?? or “Category View??
* The list of reports grouped by either Department or Category. You can assume there will be only one level of report descriptions per department or category. The client does like the following example format, but you are free to be creative and make something professional and visually appealing. See this link: [login to view URL]
* A global set of hyperlink links (up to 6) which will appear on each page.
2. Report Parameter Page ??" This page will be displayed after clicking on the hyperlink of the report name from the Report Selection Homepage mentioned above. This page will optionally collect report parameters before the report is executed. Report parameters could be a date, or a dropdown selection. This page should include the following User Interface elements.
* Everything mentioned above with exception of the report descriptions.
* A “return?? or “back?? link which will bring them back to the Report Selection Homepage
3. Report output Page ??" This page will display all the global elements above, but will also display a report viewer. A sample of the report viewer can be found at the following location:
* Go to this Url: <[login to view URL]>
* Select “Viewer Type?? = “ActiveX?? ??" this is the type of report viewer that the application will be using. It may ask you to install an ActiveX control which is safe and digitally signed by the vendor, DataDynamics. If you do not want to install that component, you can just do “Viewer Type?? = Adobe or Html
* Click “Submit?? to run the report ??" The report output should show up in the window. This is the type of output the page will be producing.
* The report output Page will also need to show options that will allow the report to be exported to PDF or Emailed to an email address along with the global items mentioned above.
