We need a program that will auto generate PDFs from quickbooks using specific fields such as customer name and invoice number and save them to an auto generated folder that is named by date. We would also like an easy option to attached these same PDF docs to quickbooks attachment once our markups are done (invoices are signed digitally). We need to be able to control all aspects of the invoice PDF generation and the fields for naming. This will be required for all documents also. This should be a simple program to do.
