A simple on-line database application that enables me to store, categorise and make reports of yoga exercises. The database spec is attached. This is a simple job for anyone with the right skills. Please note. There are two additions to the attached spec...as follows: 1. It will need password protected user access. with me being the administrator who adds other users. Administrator requires the following functions - adds a user - deletes a user - edits a user Fields for a user will be - First name - Last Name - email address - Password (User name is First name combined with Last name) The only administration function a user needs is to change their password 2. I want to keep a history of script changes (english scripts only) When an english script gets modified (or added) I want to know - date & time modified (or added) - modified by who (username) please add a report: History of an exercise script (english) When the report is run, the user needs to select the exercise from a dropdown box The fields required are: - english script - date & time modified - modified by who (username)
