We need a complete a flash or java texas holdem poker game.
We would require the sorce code and the rights to the [url removed, login to view] need options of creating tables including a 10/5 chair sit-n-go table, and 10 chair tournament table, and the ability to create as many tables as we [url removed, login to view] need to be able to create client rooms with a set amouint of tables and limited control panels for those [url removed, login to view] do not need credit card processing, but we will need a point banking system, and the ability to edit player points from within an admin panel, and a record of players transactions kept in the admin panel with the option of removing transactions as desired. These transactions need not include hand by hand play, but, when a player takes points to a table, or leaves a table with points, and any transactions manually made. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
