For Vbulletin 3.5.x
I would like to have "Upcoming Events" and "Birthdays" that are displayed in the "What's going on" section of forumhome to show up at the top of all pages, not just forumhome.
I would like the change to use the Plugin system that vbulletin now supports.
I would like them to be displayed just below the Navbar. Maybe using the navbar template so that every main page template wouldn't have to be modified.
I would like the code that is turned over in a format similar to releases on [url removed, login to view] with instructions. I'm a control freak, no access will be granted to the forum file system nor admincp. I'm familiar with installing hacks, I've just not been able to find a hack that does what I need.
If desired I will allow this modification to be released at [url removed, login to view]
