I need a coder to design a WordPress Plug-in that will allow a surfer to sign up on an ADULT blog powered by WP 2.5 K2 and in addition to regular blogging, the user should be able to do the following: The user will be able to sign up to blog as they can already do in WP but they can also do the following on the sign up page. 1.) Add a banner link [460x68 jpg or gif] with a URL with a maximum banner size of 45kb [remote invocation] 2.) Add a description for the banner that will appear under each banner. The text description should also be hyperlinkable to the submitted URL. 3.) Add a reciprocal link URL and should be limited to 250 characters or less. 4.) Choose a category to be listed in (This can be a drop down menu but it must get categories from the current categories available in the WP links manager so that if I add a new category later, this category will appear in the drop down for future submissions or existing users can change category from a control panel. 5.) Site Name The sign-up page should also display the rules for submission [editable by admin] and have reciprocal link text for my site that the user must place on their site to qualify for listing. [Editable by admin] Please see further description below: ## Deliverables The user should not be immediately allowed to blog and their banner and link should not be allowed to be visible on the site until the admin of the site has checked the link information so their should be a holding area that the admin will use to view and be able to click the hyperlink to verify it's content. The plug-in should check for a reciprocal link on the submitter’s site since a submitter can only be approved by admin if they have a reciprocal link on their site. The submitter should receive an email from admin that directs them to click a link to verify themselves before their submitted info appears in the WP admin. Admin should be able to change the default text for the email. Admin will receive an email that advises them that a submission is pending and must be verified / checked. If admin approves the listing, an email will be automatically be sent to the submitters email address advising them of approval. The text for the approval email must be editable by admin. The email should contain the link submitted to the system, the description, the username and password and a link to the login page for example: [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] What a user can do after they have been approved: 1.) Be able to log in and edit their banner and text link info and password. 2.) Be able to blog in any of the categories I have set up in WP however a user may only blog once per every 3 days - Example, user logs in on Monday and blogs in category 'apples', they cannot blog in that category or any other category for 3 days. Upon returning 3 days later, they can blog in category'apples' or any other category available. They can however edit their post anytime as needed. 3.) Be able to add more sites under the same username but the new sites will still need to go through an approval process just as the initial submission did. 4.) After sites have been approved - a user can change the category where they'd like their banner / link to appear. What admin can do: 1.) Choose a default number of banners to show on a display page. If the admin chooses 50 banners, then the remaining banners should paginate to second, third page etc. 2.) Delete a submission if needed for non-compliance. This should not delete the user from WP unless I choose to do this from the normal WP admin function. . However if I do delete a user from WP, then all of their associated links should also be deleted from the system. 3.) Aside from the banners that will randomly display, admin should be able to add up to 10 FIXED banners at the top of the display. These fixed banners will appear above the randomized banners. This space will be reserved for paying sponsors but the script doesn't need to process payments - I will handle that manually via telephone with paying sponsors. A reciprocal links check should crawl the submitters reciprocal links every 3 days page to check if my reciprocal link is still on their page. If it is not, an email should be sent as a warning to advise the submitted that if the link is not visible on the next check, if the reciprocal link is not found again it will be suspended. If the reciprocal links checker cannot find my reciprocal link on the submitter’s page after a second crawl. The link should be automatically deleted from the database and an email should be sent to the submitters email address advising them of this. What a visitor / surfer to the site sees: 1.) Can view the list of banners / links in the main body of a WP page. The order should be randomized and displays all categories but the surfer / visitor can reorder the banners using a dropdown to view the list by: category with or without banners and alphabetically with and without banners. 2.) The text link version can also be seen in the default links that normally appear in the WP sidebar controlled by the K2 sidebar editor. What I am looking for is a coder that is familiar with toplist site design, so even though this project is not to create a toplist, the completed project will closely mimic the functions of a toplist but voting is not required, instead, banners are displayed randomly upon each page load. The surfer enters the site, and would see perhaps 25 banners listed from top to bottom, each banner has a text description, and the banner, text description and site name are hyperlinked to the user’s site. The target for these hyperlinks must open in a new window - for example-> _blank. Please keep in mind that this project must allow all other functions of WordPress 2.5 K2 theme to operate as normal. The coder must be proficient in PHP / WORDPRESS and the ENGLISH language. Good Luck to all bidders! Vince 1) Complete and fully-functional working WORDPRESS PLUGIN in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Wordpress 2.5 Theme k2
