I am using an opensource copy of LinkExchangeSuite for a small web-directory business I am starting in my area. I want the ability to have two kinds of links (to later be based on the monthly fees I charge the businesses).
What I want is for the admin panel to be coded so I can add more content for the link types. For example, a standard link only gets business name, phone number, and address. Links with a better account get a link beside their listing that will open a new page with a full spread of info (company detail, a few images (I can manually add those with html), etc.
I have already added the fields in the database and admin panel for the contact/fax numbers and link type. I just don't know how to modify the directory page to display the link if the file type is the one based on the better account.
That's it. Piece of cake. I am just starting my business so I don't have a ton of cash but give me some offers anyway. The LinkExchangeSuite script is only about 15 files so it can't be too complicated.
