I Have a very small windows app that i have created. It has a windows media player control that is used to play avi files.
If i run the program on my local machine it runs fine. if i run it on Terminal services it runs fine too.
However the app is being published by a product called goglobal by a company called Graphon ( see [[url removed, login to view]]). This product uses a protocol called RXP.
When i try to run my app over this product the video starts to run and then the whole thing freezes and i have CTR+ALT+DEL to kill the process.
However if i publish Windows Media player over GoGlobal and run the avi files through that then it works OK. So I know that avi files can be run by media player over the RXP protocol.
Therefore I deduce that something in my code could be improved to make the media player control run in a more efficient / smooth manner.
I want someone to look at my (amateurish) code and streamline (improve) it to make the thing run over the Go-global product without freezing.
