A simple WP plugin that will work on a vanilla install of wordpress and as the domain loads starts counting time. after selectable periods of displaying the home page/post forward the viewer onto another site. If wordpress, it can activate the same wordpress plugin on that site (with passed or different parameters - selectable on receiving site).
If the viewer of the original site has already tried to navigate to a different page, there should be a pop up which can be configured with, you are about to be forwarded to a new site, do you wish to continue to selected page, the new site or have new site open in a new tab. The new site must open by default.
In effect I am after DNS forwarding with a delay to read interim site content.
The backend dashboard should be very simple, the plugin should take random licence codes, so there is the possibility of single site, 3/5 site licence and unlimited personal site and developer site licences.
The back end should allow the interim site to display a page, post pop up or e-mail opting form.
Fixed price budget given, as indication that I do not expect this to be expensive!
PS THAT SAID... I don't know what it will take to build this, so ultimately open for negotiation
Plugin to be fully documented, source code required, and bugs fixed. To work from WP 3.0 to 3.6.
