Hi there! I am looking for a web based call center solution that can support voice for my website. It's one of the portions of my website project . In such a solution a user coming to my website and requires assistance/help can click a link to connect to an operator and have live voice conversation . The solution should be able to handle multiple operators and users . The call center must support the usual call center features such as : 1) Greeting message 2) Music on hold when lines are busy 3) Ability to create departments such as sales, marketing, customer support, etc and assign each department operators. 3) Anwsering machine when no operator is available. All source codes and documentation must be provided and the solution should work since i have to give demo but since it is not a commercial nature project , it should work as a prototype , but doesnt have to go through all the quality issues. I prefer looking for some expert with already written code or a quick solution. I am really in need of help here and I hope you can help thanx Ryan
