php + mysql project
I need an application that can create my offers and invoices. I have a system today that is MS access based but as I want it accessible over internet I want to change it to a php/MySql solution that will work better.
In the current application I open up an application where I can create a new order or invoice. I enter all the details for each order (client info/ order info etc ) in a window that is designed like the print-out.. The problem is when I get a returning client I have to enter everything all over again. I now want to separate everything so that I have one client table and one order table and if a client returns I can fetch the client and just enter data for the new order.
I will send you all entries in current access table so that they can be divided into the new tables. All clients that are reoccurring shall be merged to one client. We have a total of 10.000 orders, and around 20% or returning clients (once or maybe twice)
I want all data to be entered just like it will appear after printing. Instead of filling out a web form I want the fields to be placed in the same position as they later will appear. I have attached what it looks like (both in excel where I created it and a pdf that shows it better)
Page structure
1. Main page (menu)
a. Create new offer/invoice
b. Find orders
c. client db
d. Default Texts
e. Boat info
f. Users
