unregistered domain tracking

I want a program that will track unregistered domain names that people type into their web browsers. The program will check every URL that is intered into internet explorer (mozilla tracking is optional), and run a dns query to see if the domain is registered or not. If the domain is not registered, it will store the domain name in a list. Periodically it will send me this list of unregistered, typed in domains. The program should be able to send this list via email, emulated website form submittal, or IRC, decided by changing the configuration of the program before it is sent to the user. The program should explain to the user what the program does upon installation, request the user's permission for installation, and should be visible in the add / remove programs list, clearly identified, and easily removed. It should also make a programs listing under "all programs" with an uninstallation routine. The program itself should run as a service, should not clutter up the tray or taskbar, and not require any input from the end user during runtime to perform its function. The program should run automatically every time the computer starts. (as a service if possible) Program should use at least 2 methods to verify that a url is not registered. websites visited that cannot be verified as registered or unregistered by either or both methods should be added to the list of unregistered domains. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform this program should run under windows, is intended for the internet explorer 5.0 and 6.0 or newer platform, should not be detectable as malicious software by any popular antivirus / antispyware that is current at the time the program is written, and should be easily compilable and configurable at compile time. program should not require the user to install any special operating system extentions or network utilities. In addition to the base bid made by the coder, coder will receive 10% of any profits I make with the program up to a maximum of $1,000.
