Develop Custom Website using Word Press and Flash

Attached is a requirements document and template for the index page of the website that will be developed. The winning bidder will slice the templates and create all the different modules required for the website. The template includes a flash image stack scroller. The coder doesn't have to develop this flash module from scratch. The coder will ONLY customize a pre-developed module available at <[login to view URL]>. The coder will also implement a simple blog using Wordpress and a simple picture gallery with full admin. The picture gallery module can be a word press module. Please find attached, detailed project requirements. Only experience coders will be considered. Please include a link to your WordPress projects ONLY. I will not consider coders without WordPress experience.
