FLASH/AS3, Flex, Red5 + bit of PHP

Looking for one expert Flash / Action Script / Flex / Red5 developer to take care of this project for us. While this project is not PHP-based, you will need to know PHP in order to successfully deliver this project. You must be able to email with us in Fluent English. You work whenever you want. No milestone payments. Don't put a milestone payment with your offer. We pay you once each week. We never pay in-advance. We never post escrow. We work direct with our vendors and will not work through any type of broker or middleman. Again, we work with individual coders only.
