Flash Game: Like a board game

Budget $500 - $5000 USD

We are a new company, looking for a flash-programmer to design a series of flow-chart presentations, disguised with graphics and pre-programmed "moves" to make the user believe that he/she is playing a game rather than viewing a slide-show. Graphics requirements include the "game board", with some visual means of displaying the "player" on the "game board", and the "player's" moves. There would also need to be a simple numerical display, imitating a "random-number generator" (from 1 to 5) - to create the illusion of random moves. There will be a total of eight, parallel presentations. The presentations are all synchonized to the same "game board" so there will no need for separate game maps. The only other graphics requirement is to change screens to a text page when/where the "player" sees "events": the pre-programmed presentation. These "events" will be sandwiched around non-event generating moves, with no significance other than to get the player from one "event" to the next. There would also need to be a simple game-conclusion sequence, providing the option to "play" again. Functionality is obviously the most important consideration. Beyond that, we would be looking for a very, visually striking game-board, in keeping with the program theme, and a very dramatic-but-readable display of the text for each "event". While the concept of the "game" is simple we would be expecting a final product with seamless, playability and a professional display which will serve to promote our company.

## Deliverables

We need a flash game made similar to [url removed, login to view] although it will not need to be half as dynamic, meaning that we have all the information that we want to present. The outcome will always be the same we just want to present that in a "game" manner. So that it's a little more interesting. The user "icon" will move forward and backwards on the board "squares" according to the event that is triggered. The eventual outcome though will be the same. We would like the option to be able to update and change the information that will be in the game. We have 8 different flow charts, each 8 will be a different presentation. We would like this to happen randomly so that a user could reload the flash game and get a different scenario to "play" / go through. We would like this to have fairly nice graphics and have the option to insert "sponsor" banners or images at the start and the finish of the game. As well as our company logo throughout the game in some form. It could be on the game board, the players "icon" or etc.

Apart from being a very good coder, Rasvan has an excellent work ethic. He was quick to make suggestions to improve the functionality and overall look and feel of the application he coded for me. Those suggestions meant extra work for him, but he was genuinely interested in creating the best possible application for me, not just meeting the delivery deadline. The application Rasvan coded for me works exactly the way I had in mind - despite some mistakes from my end. I would highly recommend Rasvan to anybody looking for an efficient and effective coder.

Outsourcing with Creativemediafx Successful companies are often faced with personnel shortages, which may be caused by several factors such as a new product launch, increased customer service demands, debt collection, etc. Certainly it would be ideal for a company to simply hire a new management team and personnel, but economics, space requirements and time considerations required to implement these changes could be the difference between a successful project and a failed one. Therefore it is better to outsource the entire new project as it: » Lets you focus on core business only » Reduces capital costs of infrastructure » Improves employee satisfaction with higher value addition jobs » Makes best use of competitive resources available worldwide » Reduces Recruiting Expenses India Advantage India has inherent strengths, which have made it a major success as an outsourcing destination. The major ones are: » Booming IT industry, with IT strengths recognized all over the world » The largest English-speaking population after the USA. » Cost-effective manpower » Government supportive of such activities » Excellent training infrastructure » Excellent Telecom infrastructure in major cities
