Flash News Ticker - RSS Feed and Tabbed Navigation Menu

We require a SWF creating in Macromedia Flash for use on our new website. The SWF created will have the following features: 1. News Ticker / News Feed which we should be able to update by sending it new stories or similar in a method to be decided between us and the programmer. 2. We should be able to embed HTML links in the feed. 3. Users should be able to subscribe to the feed via RSS. 4. The tabbed navigation above should contain links to various pages on the website which we will specify. 5. The active tab should appear slightly higher than the rest and be blue in colour as per the design. 6. The inactive tabs should be black. 7. When a tab is hovered over with the mouse it should "pop" up in a "bounce" sort of style and turn blue, when clicked it should remain blue and higher than the rest of the tabs and any other active tab should pop back down and turn black. Navigation to the next page should occur. 8. No sound is required at any stage. 9. The SWF should be configured so the most amount of people are able to view it. Therefore use of the lowest version of Flash deemed suitable to meet the above requirements is a prerequisite. ## Deliverables Please see the attached screenshot for how the SWF will need to look. It is the section at the top with the pink banner and tabs.
