I have one land developement project which needs 3 flash jobs. Two of them are based on the attached images (in zip). One of them is a lake to be converted to an water amusement park (with restaurant, boating, slide complex, waterfall, rain pool, park etc). It's a hand drawn picture scanned. I'll update a better picture soon. The other image is of a children amusement park. I want both these to go live in flash. The 3rd one is the land developement project life cycle - starting from plain land to township (complete with highrise, bunglows, shopping mall, lake, greenary). This I'd like to be on the homepage top (990x180 approx including 2 logos 218 on left 180 right). The main themes of the land developement project is a "peaceful place in greens" with base colors green and yellow (samples included in zip). The ideal timespan and size are left to the coders. suggestions welcome. These may go to 3 coders as well.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
