Project Description

Background: I have a flash movie shoppingCart that is part of a bigger site. In this section of the site we want our visitors to browse our catalog (now only 4 items, more to come) and add items to their shopping cart. They must choose a color, quantity, and update their cart. Set-Up I have 4 items in the catalog and 4 add to cart buttons (item1, item2,...). I have 4 sets dynamic text fields for each items (itemNo, itemName, itemQty, itemColor, itemPrice). These items are sitting on top of the shopping cart graphic. There are also 4 movie clips that will attach to an empty movie clip when you press the "add to cart" button. To Do In these movie clip I want to populate the text fields based on the user input. I've got it to work for 1 item but I need it to work for any amount of items. [url removed, login to view] = function() { shirtQty = shirt_qty; shirtColor = [url removed, login to view]; [url removed, login to view] = "5176"; [url removed, login to view] = "Beefy-T Hoodie"; [url removed, login to view] = shirtQty; [url removed, login to view] = shirtColor; [url removed, login to view] = "$[url removed, login to view]"; [url removed, login to view] = [url removed, login to view]; gotoAndStop(10); }; My only solution seems to be a counter to track the number of items?? I don't know and I can't think about it anymore. Please look carefully at the attached file and bid if you can up with a solution that will work for any amount of items. Send me a message if you have any questions. I tried to be thorough in my explanation.
