Project Description

I am looking for a **designer** & **programmer** who can create something ***magical and beautiful***, but still ***functional*** and easy to use...This will be above all a ***shopping website for our jewelry store***, so its functionality is key...and I think the best way to go would be with it mostly designed in ***html with some flash*** pages or flash sections.

I like the _Sundancecatalog.com_ website...I think they do an excellent job of blending flash/html to make it very user friendly. I also like the design sense of _Anthropologie.com_ with their antique & feminine details & the look of _urbanoutfitters.com_... I would like to work with a designer who has a strong sense of design...I definitely do NOT want the template style of websites. The feeling should be: ethereal, antique-y, romantic, feminine, beautiful, elegant, classic, and magical in a non-corny way. I like the use of textures in the background...I have some comp designs that I created to start us off for inspiration...and below is an outline with the pages of products.

I'm not certain if I am going to go with Paypal or integrate my own shopping cart. I am open to suggestions- I am currently hosting with GO Daddy and they offer a shopping cart and of course there are others as well. My timeframe to be up and running is by the 2nd-3rd week of October so I can promote it heavily for the Christmas season.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

***_Everything listed above, fully fuctional

and working
