Overlaying Graphics - Augmented Reality

Hello Everyone! I would like to build a simple Augmented Reality app built with Flash and OpenCV. Basically, people stand in front of a webcam and the flash app detects their face, then places a mask graphic over it. The masks should be randomised from a folder of graphics (we will provide the graphics), there should be option for screenshot of the composition and printout, and the app should be easy to use and can put a watermark logo on it. The app should use Flash and OpenCV engine or similar. We should be given a brief tutorial page together with the app on how to customize graphics for the overlay on the person's face and how to change the logo watermark. Tender to advise on 3D overlays, but project should just concentrate on 2D overlays using masking to animate the overlay (top-to-bottom wipe, etc). ## Deliverables The application should: - Link to a webcam either directly connected to a PC or detected by a PC - When a face is position in front of the webcam, the application should detect it - Once the application detects the face, it should draw up 1 graphic mask and place it over the face. The graphic should be drawn up randomly. - The application should have a button to take a shot of the person with the mask on, save as a graphic file in a specified folder for printing later - The application should have a watermarked logo while running and when screenshot is captured - Graphics should be within a folder, so that we can change them anytime - Watermarked Logo should be an external file so that we may change it if necessary - Must deliver a brief tutorial on how to change the graphics and logo (if there are special requirements, file format or name, dimensions etc) - Must deliver with source file for potential editing - Must deliver within 7 days maximum Willing to pay more for: - Face detection and similar application of graphic masks for up to 4 people - Willing to pay extra for graphic design and programming of 3D masks so that if the face turns left or right, the graphic follows, such like the link below: [login to view URL] - Bidder to explain if they can do this within stipulated timeframe and extra monies expected
