PHP/Flash/Scripting/1-5Projects

Hello, I have a couple of projects involving PHP, Flash, HTML, Photoshop, script, commision/refferal links
I have 1-5 projects that a designer/coder could do, project #1 will be worth $150-320, the rest depend on the quality of this project
PLEASE READ COMPLETELY:
I prefer someone on the West coast (USA), Central (USA), South East (USA), or abroad (europe, maybe india)
The below is for project#1 ONLY
I already have most of the main design (in php) already created
FIRST OFF:
-I am looking for someone who is professional, I prefer someone over 20 years of age, and must be in constant communication with me on where the projects stands, time efficient, and a very good attitude, and able to work with me properly.
- Most contact will be through email and I will request my own version of an informal NDA
BELOW IS FOR PROJECT #1 ONLY
MUST HAVE:
-experience with linking/coding with commision junction and linkshare and other affiliate type programs
-great knowledge of PHP, HTML, web design
-above average knowledge of Flash, scripting
-familiar with deal sites
- able to work with and customize forums (phpbb or VB)
- Above average knowledge of Photoshop
- Ecommerce abilities (non-paypal)
- login script and other scripts
- database skills (mysql, sql, etc)
- editing of buttons/links/design etc.
- logo creation
- prefer content management creation so I can add content and links easily
- familiar with coding refferal/affiliate links
Platforms:
IE (all versions)
prefer Firefox anf Netscape as well
NOTE: I have a lot of the main design created
WHAT I NEED:
1) Logo creation to my liking (2 or 3 examples for me to pick out from)
2) A functional site using PHP, HTML, maybe some Flash (to my liking)
3) a login script that works well with the forums but will also be on the main page
4) Some design using Photoshop, PHP, HTML
5) editing of current design/button/links etc
6) maybe some database skills with forums
7) a couple of scripts to my choosing (contact script, printer, aim script, some others)
8) content management system so I can update links and content easily
9) customize forums (already created) to look like main page
10) some ecommerce is possible
11) experience with commision junction/linkshare for commisions/refferal link creations
12) teach me ad management
13) maybe create ad management tool (will pay extra than above price)
14) Other small things not listed will be discussed through email as I remember them (could pay extra for these if they are big)
15) design and code subpages
I am a fair person, I have multiple projects, I would LOVEE it if someone could do all of them, therefore Project# 1 is a test and the rest will be based on that
