We wish to convert a face-to-face 2 step process around surveying parents about their satisfaction with their school.
**Step 1**: Parents are asked to order cards which contain 17 statements, from most important to least important. We wish to have this replicated with an on-screen experience, so that users can choose the most important card, and place this first in a stack. Then, the second most important card is found, and placed in the stack.
Eventually, the user will have a visual stack on the screen that shows the 17 cards/statements in order from most important to least. Users should be able to change the order if needed, before final submission.
On submitting the order, we need to capture data in .csv (or similar) so that we can aggregate the results and generate a report (report generation is not a part of this project - we just need the data exported from the process).
**Step 2:** Parents are given a rating page that shows the order of statements from Step 1, and an ability to rate each statement/card on a 1 to 5 scale for their school.
A video showing this process (in this case, for students) is here:? This video shows a process we have already, and used flash/Filemaker Pro. Your solution may well be different to this.
