Website - Interactive / database (repost)

The following is a generic description of the requirements. Exact requirements will be shared with interested and qualified Coders during the bidding process. I am not looking for a firm bid on the basis of the information provided below. This project is for design and development of an interactive, database-driven website. Some attributes include: Website look and feel: - Website logo and all graphics - Flash, etc. as needed Website and database functionality: - User login - New User sign-up and payment functionality. - The User will be able to seach for a resource. - The User will be able to reserve a resource, checking against a date calender to assure other Users have not already allocated the resource. - "Admin" pages for table maintenace, for example, to create new resource items, resource types, etc. The coder will select the web server and database technologies. The website will be hosted on at a fully-public IP address, on a computer completely under our control, so expect to install and configure any needed software. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Coder to specify intended development and deployment platform, including OS, Website Server software, and Database. Buyer has some experence with Windows 2000 Server, IIS 5, and SQL Server 2000 but fully willing to consider all options and alternatives.
