I need a flash video player made that plays .fla videos. A perfect example would be the type of flash video player that youtube uses: [login to view URL] Now youtube has 2 different type of video players. 1) the video player on their website starts playing the video right away 2) when people want to post a youtube video on their own page such as on [login to view URL], the video does NOT start playing right away. Instead it has a PLAY button and you can see the video in the background. Both video versions have a "play again" and "share this video" feature at the end of the video when it is done playing. features are as follows: - Start/Pause/Stop button - Rewind button - volume control - current time in video and total video duration - slider representing position in timeline of video a small banner that people can click on the top of the video preview of the video before it starts playing Also for version #2 the entire video should be clickable so if they click on any part of the video it should go to my website. Only for version #2. other things may come up within the project during the development stages. The player must be a single SWF file which will load different FLV video/audio files via ActionScript based on a parameter given in the URL requested for the swf file. Also, the background color and size of the video will be specified in the URL. The player must be compatible with Flash 7 and above. This flash video player MUST be tested inside and out to be fully compatible with all browsers and operating systems.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
