Project Description

For those familiar with the Google custom search API ([url removed, login to view]), this API enables you to create a custom search returning 100 search results over 10 pages (10 per page). You'll also know that this API returns a JSON response for each page based on the input "question" passed to the API (GET URL q="question"). In the returned JSON, you'll know that each response object (indexed 0-9 per page) includes the "link" attribute.

Out of the total 100 results (across 10 pages), I need to determine how many of these results contain a specific string in this "link" attribute.

For example, if I pass q="OfficeJet 7700" to this API, I'll receive 10 pages of 10 results per page. Of these 100 potential results, I need to count how many of the "link" attributes contain the variable string "[url removed, login to view]".

This project will be require a combination of knowing how to handle responses from the google custom search API, JSON, PHP, and regex.

I'll gladly pay for quality, confident and competent experience so please only respond if you have experience and positive feedback.
