I am looking for a Google API specialist for one of my project.

The Client will create sub folders in his master folder of Google drive eg. client1, client2, etc then will put files for the each clients in it.
In the admin page of his website he will create a username, password, and link to google drive and save, so that user can login with the user name and password provided and will redirected to the GD folder were their files are uploaded by the admin.
1) in the admin-end of the website there should be a button (say UPDATE) so that when pressing it connect to GD and fetch the list of sub folders to a drop-down box so that the admin need not to copy and paste link when creating the users and can select the user folder from the dropdown box.
2) Also during pressing the UPDATE button the sub folders created in GD can be automatically set permission to "anyone with the link can access " , then list to drop-down box.
