Changement in php code, search advanced modify, insert multilanguage, inserted review mode, mobile friendly

This becouse image size in spotlight and main image in tour page are different and in spotlight menu now is strechted so the images are bad. 2. in the home page list tours there is a graphic different that in "recent tour" /tours. I need in "recent tour" you have to change as in home page list tour. So for better explane. I want for both the home page design and text and fields. 3. Advanced search in the home page (down spotlight menu) don't works so i need it works. 4. site is for sell tours. I need to have a review for any tours, i need a page for ask review at my customer (no pubblic page) with capha code and i need to manage it by admin panel. Customer must see every review. 5. in the home page, there are tours, departures, i even inserted that. I think this is just an html image. I need for that menu, just what i puted by admin (for example if i imputed 7 tours with departure from florence and rome, i want see just that. I want see in the home page and in the others pages, just menu and fields i did put it (for example if i put a new special events with departure from lucca, i want see it in the home pages and in all listing tour) 6. in the header menu there are the language flags. I need to add the france flag and from admin i need to add for every page in the site (tours, static pages, contact pages) a page in avery language for every flags. I WILL NOT ACCEPT something with google translate. 7. in the site, there is a contact page but there isnt' an admin for administer the contact pages. i needto add in the admin panel an admin contact page. 8. link from the "security payment image" to a created a static page (i will put text after) 9. link from banner in the footer menu and in the left menu (tours page) to new static pages 10. i need a friendly mobile release for that site So this is the project. there are 9 points. You will be paid just after every 9 points will be done. Means that all these point must to be done so all functions must to be 100% works.
